Team Shabodi is looking for Technical Program Managers to join our rapidly growing team of innovators and disruptors of the new technology ecosystem.

Role Requirements

• Lead Multiple Scrum Teams as the Technical PM
• Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate number of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Create a priority list of all tasks in the workflow
• Supervising projects to ensure they follow the timeline
• Ensure the team follows all required procedures
• Analyze the workload and each employee’s response to it regularly
• Optimize the workflow structure
• Ensure that team members meet deadlines within the allocated budget

Domain Skills

• Experience in the telecom domain and 5G knowledge and understanding will be preferred

Agile Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with Agile mindset, process, and principles
• Experience working with Scrum APM practices and tools including Jira, Confluence, Git etc
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Knowledge of software application development process with understanding of REST API calls
